First of all we would like to introduce ourselves, we are a manufacturer located in Vietnam, specializing in producing wooden floorings and panels. Our products are now mainly exported to EU, Japan, Taiwan, Korea with attractive and competitive prices with range of beautiful materials like: Pine, Acacia, Cherry from Vietnam, Laos pine, Keruing, Pyinkado, Hinoki, Narra padauk, Yellow balau from Laos, White/Red oak, Beech, Maple, Ash, EU pine..

1.1 Size:
Thickness: 14(2)/15(2-6)/18(2-6) mm
Width: 75/90/120/150 mm
Length: 400-1820
1.2 Quality:
A - Grade: The face shall be practically free of defects- no sap wood/ no heart wood/ no blue stain/ and no crack. A grade admits some small healthy knots with a max. diameter of 5.4 mm, with an allowance of 2 knots every running meter for 90mm wide and below. 3 knots are allowed for 120 mm wide and above. Uniform of color with small limited character marks.
B - Grade : The face may contain small streaks, burls, slight imperfections, black lines, black colored knots and tight knots which do not exceed 2.45mm, with an allowance of 4 knots every running meter for 90mm wide and below. 6 knots are allowed for 120 mm wide and above. Knots should be repaired. In principle free of sapwood. . More color variation allowed within the parcel.
C - Grade : The face may contain sapwood, big streaks, burls, imperfections, and knots which do not exceed 3.54mm in diameter. No pin worm hole is allowed. C- grade allows colored repaired knots. Sapwood is allowed for max. 30% of the width and 30% of the height. Sapwood should be repaired.
- KD: 12%
- Less than 2 mm bending over 1000mm running meter Cupping is not allowed.
- Tolerance on length: +/- 1 mm
- Tolerance on thickness: +/- 0.1mm ( 15 thick and less), +/- 0.2mm ( 18 thick and less )
- Wood species: White/Red Oak, Pyinkado, Narra Padauk, Taukkyan, Hinoki, Laos Pine
- Packing: Nylon, Carton and Pallet
1.3 Type:
- Solid flooring is made of small solid wood pieces, jointed together by tongue and groove system and glue.
- Finger joint flooring is made from pieces of wood that have the same length and width, jointed together vertically by finger joint and glue.
- Finger joint laminate flooring is made from pieces of wood that have the smaller length and width than the normal size of the floorboard, jointed together vertically and horizontally by finger joint and glue.
- Engineered Flooring is buidt having multiple thin layers that are glued together by the tongue and groove system
