Description of corrugated polycarbonate sheetWinsroof® Corrugated polycarbonate sheet made of polycarbonate resin,be co-extruded with the protective of UV absorbent, which makes the sheet have excellent aging resistance and outstanding impact resistance as below features:
High transmittance Light transmission rate is up to 90%
Impact resistance
The impact strength is 250-300 times of ordinary glass, 30 times of acrylic panel
Aging resistance
UV protective layers can block ultraviolet rays pass through, which ensures aging.
Light weight
Density is only half of ordinary glass, savings costs in transporting, unloading, installation.
Fire-retardant
Self-extinguishing away from the fire. according to GB8624-1997 Grade B1.
Flexible
Can be in accordance with the design on-site installation into the arched, semi-circular roof and windows. Minimum bend radius for the introduction of plate thickness of 100 times, also can be hot bending.
