Although the warranty period extends for 3 years from the date of purchase, you can expect lifetime of enjoyment from an interlocking tile deck.Q. Are the tiles affected by water or heavy rainfall?A. Due to the gaps between the tiles, any water drains away quickly and freely via the open plastic mesh base underneath the slats or the tiles. No water remains trapped or in extended contact with the wood.Q. Can they be used in extremely hot locations?The polyethylene base can withstand temperatures up to 60 degrees C without any problem.
