Coowin Group(hereinafter referred to as Coowin) was established in 2000 and the headquarters is located in Qingdao, China. Owning independent high technology manufacturing factory and sales service company, Coowin is one of the leaders in wood plastic industry. Coowin has engaged in WPC materials producing, R&D, selling and developing potential market demands for many years. Coowin's products has been exported to more than 80 countries worldwide and has received broad customers' recognition in both production quality and our service.

As China's first batch of wood plastic material manufactures also R&D leaders, Coowin has passed the national environmental protection inspection every year since 2010. Meanwhile Coowin has invested heavily in WPC technology innovation, production equipment updating and environmental pollution control system.

Production & Technology

Coowin's main production as follows: Outdoor WPC decking floor, outdoor WPC wall cladding, outdoor handrail, outdoor pergola, WPC pallet, WPC park bench/chair, WPC flower box and other decorative material used in outdoor fields. Besides above, also accept customized production according to customer's personal demands.

Marketing Performance

From 2013 to 2015, the amount of WPC manufacturers in China has grew fast from 1200 up to 5700. But things have changed since 2015 when the WPC technical barriers happened in lots of factories. Without independent technology, both domestic trade and foreign trade have faced difficulties in sales and had to close factory. So there are no more than 1000 factories exist after these period. As one of the earliest manufacturers, Coowin has always kept a rapid growth. Our excellent production not only sold in China, also exported to overseas market. It covers 87 countries and regions, including Asia, Europe, Australia, North America, South America and Africa.

R&D Ability

Innovation is the foundation of all manufacturing development, the power to push forward human progress, also the constant pursuit in Coowin. For many years, Coowin has been focused on developing higher quality and greener materials, and has owned several patents technologies and hundreds of product designs.

At the same time, Coowin has worked wite Chinese universities to develop solutions of production problems. Insist on extreme strict attitude in quality control, a large number of inspection will be done during the produce process. If the products sampling inspection result is higher than 1%, this batch products will be broken and we reproduce again to instead them. We try to ensure all products quality to maximize, and pursue only 100% satisfaction from customers.

At present Coowin is establishing a market data base, which collecting different countries' geography, temperature, climate, national standards, product applications, biography features, etc. All these data collected together and help us to provide customization suggestion for our customers. After the customer choose product specification, we will compare the customer's condition with data base information, then adjust technological formula during producing process so that to meet the customer's need better.
