(2). Procurement and Manufacture for all material for prefabricated building. We have a professional procurement team to make sure all the materials are with good quality. And our factory operation under ISO/TUV/SGS standard, to make sure the fabrication works with high technology. 
(3). Site management & Installation supervision, We could send our engineers to help for the installation supervision, you just need to prepare a team which know normal construction works will be OK.


Usage:

Production time & Payment & Loading:
1) We accept TT, L/C Payment .
2) Get 30% deposite after 10-25days, the balance is paying before shipment.
3) All components are finished in our factory, then loading in container.
4) Every 40ft sea container can load 200-450Sqm house.

Installation :
1) Clients need to do foundation after the order, based on our foundation drawing.
2) After container arrives on site, unload the goods, and assemble onsite. We provide assemble drawing.
3) We provide supervisor for extra charge if need.
4) Installation efficiency: About four skilled labors can assemble 40 sqm house in 8 hours without accessories.
