Hammer crusher is used for intermediate and fine crushing of medium hardness and brittle materials, such as coal, gangue, shale, brick, tile, limestone, gypsum, dolomite, tuff etc. The moisture content of materials should be less than 8%, otherwise will affect machines efficiency 
1) Working PrincipleThe machine is made of upper and lower cover, main shaft with hammers, scaleboard and screen plate. The materials are impacted and crushed by hammers and scaleboard, finally discharged by screen plate.- The screen plate holes size is adjustable, so can change different materials granularity- The mainshaft bearing is sealed, can prevent ash blocking- Extra screen plate is added inside upper cover to increase output 
2) Feature- Whole steel structure after quenching heat treatment, wear well and more durable- Simple operation with combined hammers- High output and energy saving - Suitable for medium hard and brittle materials
