Concrete mixer & cement scale- Automatic feeding material /Automatic self-clocking/Automatic adding water
- Double mixture axes, the speed of mix ,will be approved to a large degree, and the Large particles can easily be stirred .
- We use 2.5cm thickness pad, to prevent the body steel get hurt, and customer only need to change the iron pad .
- Cement scale connects mixer with screw, Certain weight of cement will fall down inside mixer.And the ratio of every kind of raw material will be same with what we have settled.
- Switches and motor: switches will use Japan Omron ,motor will use Siemens or ABB motor.

Block making machine- PLC:Programmable logic controller
- We choose original Mitsubishi PLC/ Siemens PLC combine with independently develop machine control program , assure stable and high-efficiency working status.
- Material and welding: all material and spare parts selected according international CE standard , Carbon dioxide protection welding will assure whole line stable running .
- 360°Scatter mix , which greatly improves the density and intensity of the blocks .
- Hydraulic System: hydraulic spare parts be ordered according our block machine characteristics from Taiwan.

Stacker machine- Use frequency conversion technology enables the stacker to move up and down very smoothly , greatly protect the wet blocks.
- Motor connected with speed reducer,to make power,and drive the gear moving, thereby lead the system to move.
- Motor drives the chain sprocket rotation,thereby lifting chain,and pallets.it is stopped by inductor.The motor has the function of brake,can stop at any time.
- 4 layers for hollow blocks. 6-7 layer for paver .
