Oak wide plank timber flooring normally refers to width over 5" ( from 120mm to 260mm ). Base with 2.5mm thick sawn cut wide oak overlay assemblied engineered wide plank flooring is the main stream products from Yorking Hardwood.
Unfinished oak engineered wood floors refers to the oak timber overlay without any pilish or color stains,it is also called raw oak engineered floors or uncoated white oak engineered flooring.As without any traditional PU finish or oil finish, unfinished oak engineered flooring is 1.5USD/M2 lower on manufacturing cost than prefinished one.In the mean time wire-brushed or hand crafted surface still availlable on unfinished oak.
Notification:
Since unfinished oak comes without any color stain,the wood character might be more noticeable which is clearly classified as premier ,selected or common grade based on degrees of such natural timber features.
As builders need to repolish the unfinished oak plank on jobsite to make DIY finish, we propose engineered floorboards with minimam 2.5mm thick overlay so that you can sand 2-3 times more to have over 8 years life span.Preferably 4-6 mm thick toplayer, that would be equivalant to solid hardwood floor life span 15-25 years.
Dampness should be specially cared of during transportion for unfinished wood floors as it is more himidity sensitive than prefinished one.We normally use plastic film sealed package when shipping out to Australia , US or Europe.

All the colors were made by 2-3 times chemical processing, they are the results of reaction for, eco-friendly chemical reagent and tannin within oak wood, not simple stain colors. Final layer cover uses water base protection, not only stronger in anti-dirt, water-proof, and more environmental concerned, but this will not change even a bit of flooring color, as we know that traditional UV coating shall deepen the surface color, makes more yellow to the natural wood. Our water base can completely avoid this part of problem, and makes maintenance easier.

Purchase claims
1. Photos on our website is taken from our real product, all specifications is for reference only. Order confirmation depend on sample confirmation.
2. Prices we offered is based on factory direct cost, 30%-40% lower than market retail price. Shipping cost & custom cost are calculated seperately.
3. Normal lead time is 25-35 days depend on quantity & plank specifications.While in hot shipping season , order will be probably a little bit delayed. Pls keep informed before order confirmation.
4. Deposit payment is 50% of order amount by wire transfer, shipping effected against balance. Once production commence, deposit payment shall not be returned.
5.Shipping freight charge is based on goods volume, weight & destination port, as well as Custom cost( different countries may have different V.A.T)
To secure the goods during shipping, client can add 0.7% shipping insurance before our delievry.
Client may arrange sea freight by themself or calculate shipping with other goods ordered from China ,then we would be responsible loading on container from our side only.
