JKB50/50-3.0 II split two stage vacuum brick making machine 
1) Working PrincipleThe machine is made by a mixer and a extruder, driven by the electric motor, connected with the transmission pneumatic clutch and reducer. the raw materials are mixed again in mixing tank first, next extracted air and water in vacuum chamber by comb plate, segmentation cutter and mud pressing plate, then conveyed and squeezed by spiral reamer, finally extruded into required shape through a fixed mould.- Whole steel structure after quenching heat treatment, wear well and more durable- Compact design, high extrusion pressure and product yield- National patent reducer, low noise and energy saving

4) Difference between split double stage vacuum extruder and compact double stage vacuum extruderThe split one is made by separate mixer and extruder driven by each motor (two motors in total), featured high vacuum pressure and less adobe moisture, perfect for the production of hollow brick with thiner wall, but with higher electricity consumption.The compact one is made by fixed mixer and extruder driven by only one motor, featured economical production for middle size brick plant. 5) Production and Precautions- Raw Material can be shale, clay, coal gangue, fly ash, mud etc- Stone and iron must be removed, so as not to damage the machine. Please consider roller screen for removing stone and Permanent Magnetic Separator for iron removing- Brick machines only work 8 hours, please firstly close water feed valve, next vacuum pump power, stop machine after the mud is totally discharged- Hollow brick requires different technology, please change machines discharging mouth and mold, specialized reamer and revolving speed under technologists instruction- The mud should be contain 16-18% water, otherwise the machine load will be increased- The waterway in machine mouth (discharging hole) should be clear, to guarantee smooth molding, otherwise the cracks will formed to affect product quality- Please feel free to contact us to obtain more solid brick, hollow brick and porous brick automatic production line introduction.
