Shock Absorption EPP Foam Padding for Artificial Grass Underlay

EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) foam shock pad can be found in football/soccer stadiums, golf course, baseball field, tennis court and other sports field or playground. Laid beneath the green turf fibers are several hundred shock pads. Which are made from EPP foam beads. Expanded Polypropylene represents a perfect basis for artificial turf. The EPP ground shock pads excel not only in their cushioning effect, they are ultra lightweight as well and can be transported everywhere low-cost and eco-friendly.

EPP is a PP specialty foam with very good impact absorption,lightweight and big temperature resistance. It combines high energy absorption, even after several impacts, with excellent resilience and isotropic deformation performance. EPP is 100% recyclable. It is manufactured and processed without any CFCs(Chlorofluorocarbons). The EPP shock pads sub-layer basis can easily be cleaned or disinfected, it does not absorb water and is resistant to oils and chemicals.The EPP ground shock pads can also be assembled like tesseras without problems. In no time, a large basis for artificial turf is arising. The EPP foam shock pads underlay also minimizes the strains on players' muscles and joints. EPP shock pads provide a football pitch installation suitable for both junior and senior sport which could withstand widespread use without the need for extensive ongoing maintenance.

Our PMPF factory is specializing in the molded EPP (Expanded Polypropylene), EPS (Expanded Polystyrene), EPO (Expanded Polyolefin) and ETPU (Expanded Thermoplastic Polyurethane) foam products. We have good advantage in rapid prototyping made by CNC machine from EPP foam block, EPS foam block or EPO foam block, and also plastic injection moulds are available for you.

We have our own EPP/EPS/EPO/E-TPU foam moulding machines in our plants and we also assorted with CNC workshops equiped with Milling machine, EDM machines that make high quality aluminum mold toolings and plastic injection molds for us.

--Customer send us RFQ, material requirement, foam density, color, quantity, etc;
--Customer send the required part's 3D model, design drawing file, or sample;
--PMPF sales and engineers checking customers' drawing file/samples, offer feedback on design and                  suggestion, provide quotation for mold tooling and parts;
--Customer confirm the prices and agree to start mold tooling process;
--PMPF starts mold tooling and prepare raw material for first sample part run;
--Mold tooling completed, first sample run started and send samples to customer for approval;
