1.What is Glazed Tiles?
Glazed tiles is a type of porcelain tile to which a glaze has been applied. After the glaze is painted or sprayed on, the tile is fired at high temperatures, causing a chemical reaction, and it has an attractive look, as a wide variety of colors and designs can be created with glaze, with finishes ranging from extremely glossy to matte. Any flooring store will carry glazed tile, typically in a range of matte surface for people to choose.
2. What is the misunderstanding and advantage of Rustic Tiles?
Ware Resistance: Maybe you think tilea without glossy surface will be easy to scratch. In fact you are wrong, it will not affect the use, particularly use for home decoration. For its wear resistance, it can meet the needs of family even business area to use. Increase special raw materials, the non slip coefficient can beyond R11.

Simple Cleaning and Maintenance: Under normal circumstances, clean with soap or detergent (can be used with brush bristle brush) and then rinse and wipe with a dry cloth on it. If it is paint or other difficult to clean things, it is to use a special cleaning agent to clean.
3.What is the MOQ?
Normally, MOQ is one container. If have stock, less than MOQ is acceptable.
4. How about payment and terms of order?
Payment terms: 30%T/T, 70% balance before shipment.
Grade: First choice (Grade AAA)
Packing: Standard seaworthy strong carton in wooden pallet.
Shipment: Partial shipment not allowed, transshipment allowed.
Insurance: Covered by buyer.
Delivery time: 20-35days upon deposit.
Remarks: ORC/THC not included.
5. Why tile color look different to photo?
Due to printing process or screen resolution, the actual products may be different from the picture. Please kindly pay attention to it.

INSTALLING TILES PROCESS
NO.1 Preparation
Make sure the floor or wall surfaces to be smooth, flat, solid, dry and perfectly clean. We suggest the tiles install direction should be fit for your design.
NO.2 Preparation for paving
Confirm code number, size, shade and quantity before opening the box. For the directional design, please follow the right direction to pave the tiles.
NO.3 Paving
Suggest to paving with cement for ceramic tiles, and cement mixture tile glue grout for porcelain tiles. Ceramic tiles need to dip in water until soaked before paving. Tap the tiles with hammer handle to make it pave firmly.
NO.4 Filling
Tips for filling gap: porcelain floor tile 3-5mm, glazed tile 5mm-10mm, inner wall tile 1.5mm, out door wall tile 3mm. Using cement to fill the gap. Or you can mix color with filler to fill it according to specific design.
NO.5 Cleaning
After laying 1 hour, using a damp sponge to remove any cement or grout. After 12 hours, tap the tile with hammer handle and listen to the sound, if you find empty drum, please remove and pave again. After 24 hours, you can wash and walk on it freely.
NO.6 Maintenance
Using normal neutral detergents for daily cleaning.
Using a slightly acidic detergents for special cleaning.
