Quality Characteristics Inspections on our Foam UPVC Heat Insulation
Our foam UPVC Heat Insulation Roofing tiles (3-layer) are much better
than that of traditional and popular colorful iron roofing tiles. We
have SGS test report.
1.This product is our independent R & D, innovation. We use the
advanced 3-layer co-extrusion technology and high quality UPVC resin.
In the middle of this product, we use foam UPVC.All the materials are
environmentally-friendly. Products passed ASTM G154-06,ASTM
D2244-07,ASTM D790-07 Procedure A,UL 94-1996 REV.9:2006 Section 8,IEC
62321/2nd CDV (111/95/CDV),RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC.
Above 35 Degree Celsius, our product can decrease 5-8 Degree Celsius
compared with iron roofing tiles. This means good heat insulation,
energy-saving. Users can save money on the HVAC investments
(Ventilating, Air-conditioning system). Heat insulation.
2. It is durable. Take our 2.0mm thickness for example, very good
anti-aging, anti-crazing. If 2500-hour Artificial Aging, strength
conservation rate is 98.8%.
Charpy Impact Strength, A category,≥28KG.
We use materials with special tenacity for the surface layer and
bottom layer.At least 100 times by bending, no rupturing. Loading
capacity:over 100KG/sq.m.
We guarantee that there will be no rupturing, no warping within 10
years under normal installation conditions.

3.Color life span: color-fading≥ Class 3 (GB250).We guarantee the
color conservation rate is above 60% within 10 years. Good anti-UV
stabilizer.

(Vertical Burning Test), it is fire proof (low flammability)
5.Acid-Resistance Rating: Class 5.
Except for Heat Insulation, our product is very good for those
factories with acid, alkali, offing salt mist, corrosive gases
volatilization.
However, iron roofing tiles are easy to be rusted, punched. For the
factories, our products can save money for the replacement.
6. Light weight, users can minimize the costs on the steel supports.

As for the foam, we have 2 types(free foam and Celuka).
Our products meet ASTM, UL standards. For the PVC foam board, our products share the same quality as the European companies. We have Free Foam and Celuka. Thickness is between 1mm and 30 mm. We have two series: With low lead(for Chinese and European markets) and without lead(for US and Canada markets). The standard sizes are 1220mmx2440mm, 1220mmx3050mm, 1560mmx2440mm, 1560mmx3050mm, 2050mmx3050mm, sizes can be adjustable according to your requirements(the maximum width is 2.05meters, length can be any).
Densities: Usually our density is between 0.55 and 0.65. It"s the same as American, Canadian and European companies. That is to say, 500-550kg per cubic meters.

II. TDP lamps
