- Brick making process---Low pollution, less labor, high automation;
Bangladesh has more than 7,000 traditional (hand making bricks factory) factories, around 30 modern brick factories with production process of Hoffman kiln and small tunnel dryer, and more than 10 new type brick factories with production process of tunnel kiln and small tunnel dryer or single rack dryer. Simple type, low quality and low efficiency is obviously becoming the limit of brick industry in Bangladesh. Due to the special weather (long rainy season), So the clay is really soft and with high moisture content. Based on this clay, we have produced the semi-soft extrusion extruder, which is espeically designed for Bangladesh Market. The detaild introduction are as follows:Clay brick making machine is high-performance vacuum extrusing equipment forforming of various type hollow bricks made from coal gangue, shale, coal dust and other solid wastes. It is designed to be produced with German KWS technology according to German standards and is authorized to use German trademark of GFK. Its mixing reducer is equipped with hardened gears which are all grinded, and the extrusion reducer makes use of planet gears with high drive efficiency, therefore, it is the advanced vacuum extrusion equipment in the world.

Before-sale services:
(1) Tell customer how to build a brick plant, the complete plant including three parts, brick shaping machinery, drying and firing. (Confirm clay, power electricity, water, land area, fund)
(2) Guide customers to choose the best and economic plant, recover the investment within short time.
(3) site inspection
(4) We are responsible for the offer, flow chart, and detail specification of each machinery.
In-Sale services:

After-sale services:
(1) We will send the technicians to guide with device installation, debugging and training operators until customers are fully satisfied.
(2) Guarantee for machinery, materials and equipment supplied under this quotation are valid for a period of 12 months after commissioning or 16 months after delivery whichever is earlier. Warranty shall cover manufacturing defect in material and workmanship but exclude:
1. Daily wear and tear 2. Mishandling or improper operation3. Incoming power supply fluctuation
4. Consumable and spare parts.
