Product Description
1.QT4-20 blocks concrete hollow brick machine of our company is professional equipment for building blocks and bricks. Sand and cement can be mixed with flyash, slag, gangue or other industrial waste residue as material.
2.Different kinds of specifications of hollow block and bricks like pavers, grass growing block, curbstone and standard bricks can be produced by changing the mould.
3.The equipment is driven by hydraulic system and monitored by Non-contact proximity switch, collecting machine, electricity, light, hydraulic and high-frequency vibration technology as one unit. electrical and hydraulic appliance in the equipments are all from overseas or domestic famous brand, so it has the following features: tight structure, reliable function, easy operation, high efficiency, little malfunction, simple maintenance.
4.Block is formed mainly in hydraulic way and then by mechanical way, finished by vibration and pressing. The strength of extension of finished products can reach 15Mpa or above with high density degree, good feature of anti-freezing and anti-permeability, sound insulation and heat preservation, and accurate overall dimension.
