Introduction:Double roller crusher is suitable for such solid materials that compression strength less than 300Mpa, moisture less than 35 %, and usually for fine and intermediate crushing. Double roller crusher is configured with two crushing rollers , according to the granularity user needs, the roll surface is divided into two forms: flat surface and welding roller surface, heavier models can be selected if the compressive strength of the material is more than 200Mpa .
Flat roller surface models is suitable for the following technical requirements: feed size less than 80mm, finished size 0.5-10mm . Such as the use of pebbles , construction waste making sand ; mining crushing iron ore, quartz stone ; ceramic industry break raw materials ; metallurgical industry crushing coke , quicklime ; coking plant finely pulverized etc, or at similar crushing occasions.
Welding roller surface models suitable for feed size less than 150mm, finished size 3 - 30mm in crushing operations. Q: Are you a factory ?

Q: Terms of Payment:
A:30% of the total amount by TT as deposit, the balance to be paid by TT or L/C at sight before the machines leaving seller' factory.
100% irrevocable L/C at sight.
Q:Time for preparation of goods:
A:The above machines shall be ready for delivery during 45 days from the date of receiving the deposit/LC, excluding the time of waiting for shipment. If there is any delay of delivery caused by seller, 3‰ of the total amount shall be paid to buyer each day, but this amount shall not exceed the amount of deposit; if the delay is caused by buyer, 3‰ of the total amount shall be paid to seller each day, but this amount shall not exceed 10% of total value of machines.
Q:Guarantee period:
A:The guarantee period for the above machines is twelve months from the date of putting into use, but not exceeds twenty-four months after the machines leaving seller's factory. It is not applicable for quick wear parts.
