Product Profile
The anti-microbial and anti-odor finishing agent GR-Z602 are durable hygienic finishing agent, featuring safe, highly efficient and extensive anti-microbial properties wash-fast, as well as no influence on whiteness shade, strength, handling and permeability of the treated fabrics, GR-Z602 is suitable for finishing all common textile material and mixtures there of that are in direct contact with the skin. Application examples includes sportswear, work-wear, linking fabrics, underwear, terry fabrics and articles, socks, hosien, pullovers woolen and acrylic blankets sheepskins, filters, underlays, underwear, uniforms, upholstery, non-wovens, bathroom rugs, bedding.

Application
Temperature stability:
Drying/ Fixing: 130ºC-150ºC, for best treatment effect, the textile should be heat-set for twice, and the anti-microbial treatment shall be with the second heat-set at lower temperature.
1.0-1.5% of GR-Z602 relative to the dry weight of the textiles to be finished. For
Padding: Undiluted GR-Z602 should be added to the bath under stirring condition, last component while stirring to homogeneity. Optimal result are achieved at PH 4-7. The absorption properties may be improved by adding a wetting agent.
Test Methods:
AATCC100, AATCC 147 or JIS L 1902 are recommended for testing the finished textiles.
Packing & Storage- 25kg plastic barrel or others designated by the customers.
- Be stored in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight and be frozen.
