HONGDAO Product Maintenance Manual
1.Don't put the heavy object on the product to avoid product deformation.
2. Don't use damp cloth to wipe product or wash with water, avoid painting with chemical reagents things,
can't wipe with corrosive chemicals in order to avoid damaging the wood fiber.
3. Please put the product in natural at ordinary way to make the wood surface contact with air symmetrically
and form a uniform oxidation layer.
4. Please don't exposure it in the sun.Put it in a ventilated place try to keep it dry.
So that can make box keep dry and clean that can prolong the service life of the box it also can protect your product preferable.

1. Can I make the box with my logo and size?
-Most of our product are customized, so the logo,size,color and other details are all can be as your request.
2.Can I make a sample before my order?
-Yes,of course. The sample can be made after all your product details confimed.
3.How will be the products shipped?
-By air door to door: DHL/UPS/TNT/FEDEX
-By sea.
4.How is the shipping cost calculated?
-The shipping cost is calculated by the shipping agency.
NOTE: When the products shipped by air, the shipping cost is calculated by its volume not its weight.
5.About packing.-PLS ensure the integrity of packing and the goods before you sign for the products.
-If there's any problem with the product,pls contact us within 5days after the product delivered(The date is based on the express website).
