Product Description
TJM is the brand of Morgan insulation brick produced in China.
TJM thermal insulating firebrick have multi grades according to different service temperatures which ranging from 1100ºC up to 1760ºC. Each grade is made to meet specific thermal and physical requirements.
The bricks are made of highpurity refractory clay, with graduated additions of alumina for the higher temperature products, and strictly classified organic filler, which burns out during manufacture to form numberless regular interspaces
Each brick's six faces are machined to precise dimension.

Applications
Recommended to use as a primary hot face refractory lining or as back-up insulation behind other refractories in furnaces, kilns, flues, refining vessels and heaters, regenerators, gas producers and main, soaking pits, stress relieving furnaces, reactor chambers and similar high temperature industrial equipment.
