Characteristics of mixed products
1. Useable round-the-clock: Maintaining high quality without being affected by season, difference in temperature and climate.
2. Highly elastic: Strong absorbency of shock, appropriate elasticity and reboundforceto reduce physical consumption, moderate absorbency of foot impact, to reduce sport injury.
3. Nail force resistant: Even the starting point of the hectometer race which is subjectto maximum stress and is used most frequently will not be destroyed by brush shoe or starting block.
4. Overall flatness: Adopting self-leveling materials in construction to effectively remedy uneven foundation and defect and form even surface and seamless interface to conform to the requirement for game field.
5. Beautiful color: Using special highly elastic EPDM or PU granule, wearable, excellent weather resistant property, soft surface color, non-reflective, beautiful, comfortable, multi-color matching.
Characteristics of Compound Products
The bottom layer is paved with the polyurethane single-composition glue mixed with the black rubber granules to pave on the bottom layer by using the construction method as the same with that of the ventilation type. The surface layer is formed by means of injection molding of the polyurethane double-composition materials added with the filling materials on the site, adopting the same construction method with the mixture type. It is featured with relative low price yet certain usage limitation exists as well, and its performance ranks between the mixture type and the ventilation type.
Hangzhou Green-Valley Rubber Products Co., Ltd is a very young company, it is established by Jenny Yu in 2007 in Hangzhou, China. With the support of our customers and professional workforce, we have been growing rapidly and become a leading manufacturer of rubber flooring in China.
In the beginning, we only produce 50X50cm rubber tiles for children playground. After received very good feedback and reputation, we keep developing new products like 200X160mm bone shape tiles, 1mx1m tiles, interlocking tiles, etc.
In 2009, a new rubber roll production line was put into use. With many times of trying out, failure, we got the best recipe, production technology and raw materials. Since then, our rubber rolls have been used widely in both domestic and overseas market.
In 2017, due to the expanding of production capability to meet customers' demand, we moved our factory to Ningguo, Anhui province, in where we added more production lines.
Until now, we have over 30 different size & styles rubber flooring products including 50X50cm tiles, brick tiles, equine mats, tactile tiles, rubber rolls, interlocking mats, etc. Production capability reach 70, 000 square per month. They are used in: Children playground, fitness center, running track, underlayment, municipal project, park, patio, sport court, shooting range, etc.
All of our products pass CE, EN71, EN1177, EN14041, PAHs, REACH, ISO, etc certification. They are exported to UK, Germany, Finland, Spain, Poland, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Japan, Australia, USA, Canada, Colombia, etc over 40 countries.
